Protex is a start-up with an innovative evolution of a basic poduct. A better mouse trap, if you will. But as the client was learning, just because you build it…well, you know. So they needed a lil’ marketing help.
Harp gathered critical input with a few phone interviews conducted with a few clinics using the product, those who chose not to use the product, and a few distributors. From this qualitative research, we pinpointed the Unique Selling Proposition, and forged powerful, impactful key messaging. Harp assembled training decks on messaging, positioning, and audience strategy for the sales and distributor teams.
